The Nomination Committee is a professional committee under the board of directors, and is responsible for the Board. The duties of the Nomination Committee are including selecting and recommending individuals to become members of the board of directors, making recommendations to the Board on the appointment or re-appointment of directors and succession of directors and assessing the independence of independent non-executive directors, etc. The Nomination Committee shall be comprised of the chairman of the Board, all independent non-executive directors and one executive director. The current members are Mr. Cui Xinijan, Mr. Wang Xiufeng, Ms. Wang Xiaoli, Ms. Ning Yaping and Mr. Cui Fan with Mr. Cui Xinijan acting as the chairman of the nomination committee.
