The Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee comprised Mr. Zhang Yi, being the Chairman, Mr. Song Rong, Mr. Yang Guofeng and Mr. Yu Zhiliang,  being the Directors and Mr. Cui Xinijan being the independent non-executive Director with Mr. Zhang Yi as the Chairman of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee.
